Forgiveness Isn‘t About Them. It’s About Getting Them Out of Your Head.

Everyone tells you to forgive.
Nobody tells you how.
And most of the advice makes it sound like forgiveness means excusing what happened, pretending it didn’t hurt, or letting someone back into your life.
It doesn’t.
Forgiveness is about releasing the emotional hold the experience still has on you.
You don’t have to forget, nor do you have to reconcile.
You don’t even have to speak to them again.
It’s NOT telling them they were right and you were wrong. They are STILL wrong.
You just want to be free.
And that means finding a way to stop carrying them around with you.

My book, The Ultimate Path to Forgiveness: Unlocking Your Power, walks you through my practical approach to forgiveness.
Maybe you’ve read the book.
