Katharine Giovanni
Three-Time Award-Winning Bestselling Author, Forgiveness Educator, Intuitive, and International Speaker
I help people get where the emotional weight they’ve been carrying for years.
Not by pretending the past didn’t happen. Not by telling them to “just let it go.” By teaching practical tools that help people move forward with greater clarity, peace, and freedom.
Because I know what it feels like to carry too much.
I’ve lived through childhood trauma, stage 3 breast cancer, more than three decades of sobriety, the highs of building successful businesses, the lows of wondering where the next client would come from, and whether there would be enough money to pay the bills, and the quiet moments when life asks you to begin again.
Looking back, every experience taught me something. At the time, I didn’t always appreciate the lesson. Looking back, I’m grateful for every one of them.
Today, I blend intuitive insight, practical forgiveness, and grounded guidance to help people navigate life’s difficult seasons without losing themselves in the process.
Some people come to me because they’re struggling to forgive.
Some are searching for answers they can’t quite explain.
Others simply know they’re ready for something to change.
They’re all welcome.
My Work
A Few Things You Should Know About Me
I believe laughter belongs in healing.
I believe forgiveness is something you do for yourself, not for the person who hurt you.
I believe intuition is something we all have, and it doesn’t need to be mysterious or complicated.
I believe you can be deeply intuitive and still question what the hell you’re hearing.
I believe you don’t have to forgive and forget. Most of us can’t do that anyway.
I believe some of the biggest breakthroughs happen when we stop trying so hard to have all the answers.
And I believe life is far too short to take ourselves seriously all the time.
I drink a lot of coffee.
I laugh loudly.
I ask a lot of questions.
I’m fluent in several languages: Northern, Southern, corporate, intuitive, and “just tell me what you mean.” I switch dialects as needed.
And if we work together, there’s a very good chance we’ll laugh at least once.
If we don’t, something has gone terribly wrong.

People often ask what I do.
