Katharine Giovanni
Three-Time Award-Winning Best-Selling Author, Forgiveness Educator, and Intuitive
I help people put down the emotional weight they’ve been carrying for years.
Not by pretending the past didn’t happen.
Not by telling them to “just let it go.”
By teaching practical tools that help people move forward with greater clarity, peace, and freedom.
Because I know what it feels like to carry too much.
I’ve lived through childhood trauma, stage 3 breast cancer, more than three decades of sobriety, the highs of building successful businesses, the lows of wondering where the next client would come from and whether there would be enough money to pay the bills, and the quiet moments when life asks you to begin again.
Looking back, every experience taught me something. At the time, I didn’t always appreciate the lesson. Looking back, I’m grateful for every one of them.
Today I blend intuitive insight, practical forgiveness, and grounded guidance to help people navigate life’s difficult seasons without losing themselves in the process.
Some people come to me because they’re struggling to forgive.
Some are searching for answers they can’t quite explain.
Others simply know they’re ready for something to change.
They’re all welcome.
My Work
People often ask what I do.
The short answer?
I help people feel lighter.
Sometimes that happens through a private session.
Sometimes through a book.
Sometimes through an intuitive conversation that helps someone see their situation from a completely different perspective.
Sometimes from the stage, speaking to audiences about forgiveness, intuition, and personal transformation.
No two people arrive for the same reason.
No two journeys look exactly alike.
My job isn’t to tell people what to believe.
It’s to help them reconnect with their own wisdom, release what no longer serves them, and move forward with greater confidence and peace.
A Few Things You Should Know About Me
I believe we can do deep work without taking ourselves too seriously.
I laugh a lot.
Coffee makes almost every conversation better.
I believe forgiveness is a skill anyone can learn.
I believe we’re all intuitive. Learning to recognize it and trust it doesn’t have to be mysterious.
I don’t have all the answers.
I ask a lot of questions.
And I firmly believe that healing doesn’t have to feel heavy every minute of the day.
In my experience, some of life’s biggest breakthroughs begin with a single conversation… and a really good laugh.

Sometimes it helps me ask the question someone has needed to hear for years.
