I keep pricing straightforward: flat speaking fee + travel.
No mystery math. No surprise invoices.

Travel typically includes:

  • Round-trip airfare from Wilmington, North Carolina
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Ground transportation + meals

A 50% deposit secures the date.
The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

A/V Setup

Most event teams know what to do, but here’s the quick list:

  • Wireless mic + PA (for medium to large rooms)
  • LCD projector + screen (if slides are being used)
  • Small table (for materials + tea or water = hydration matters)
  • No podium needed (I move when I speak. Think “human espresso shot,” not “statue”)
