Don’t you hate it when your computer crashes? It happens to all of us at some point. What’s even worse is when you lose all the aps that you use frequently!
The last time mine crashed I had to take it to The Geek Squad to be fixed. The good news is that it works fine now as they gave me a brand new hard drive. The bad news is that I lost all my apps. I didn’t lose files because I regularly back my files up to a second hard drive. If you don’t back up your computer once or twice a month, NOW is a good time to do it!
All that being said, here are my ten favorite aps that I use all the time. In no particular order.
Copper – www.copper.com – a free CRM that works with your GMAIL account. I just love it.
Wave – www.waveapps.com – If you can’t afford Quickbooks, then this is a good FREE Accounting software. Love free!
Buffer – www.buffer.com – my social media scheduler. Although you could use Hootsuite, Buffer works better for me.
MailerLite – https://www.mailerlite.com/ (I have also used Mailchimp) – this is where I keep my email list, send out newsletters and other marketing materials.
Canva – www.canva.com – a great software where you can design your own graphics and marketing materials.
Pexels – www.pexels.com – need royalty free images? Pexels is the place for you.
Animoto – www.animoto.com- If you want to create your own marketing videos, Animoto is fantastic!
Picmonkey – www.picmonkey.com – Don’t have Photoshop? Try Picmonkey. Does a lot of the same things for much less money.
Zoom – www.zoom.us – Been using Zoom for years. Now the entire world is using it!
PayPal – www.paypal.com – merchant services. (I have also used Authorize.Net)
