Travel typically includes:
- Round-trip airfare from Wilmington, North Carolina
- Hotel accommodations
- Ground transportation + meals (yes, I eat 😄)
The fine print (but still human):
A 50% deposit secures your date.
The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
A/V Setup
Most event teams have this down, but here’s the quick version:
- Wireless mic + PA (for medium to large rooms)
- LCD projector + screen (if slides are being used)
- Small table (for materials + tea or water—hydration matters)
- No podium needed—I move when I speak. Think “human espresso shot,” not “statue.”
