The Block You Didn’t Know You Had
Have you ever found yourself stuck in a pattern that doesn’t make sense on the surface?
You’re doing “all the things.” You’re setting intentions, doing the mindset work, working on forgiveness, and even saying affirmations! Yet something is STILL in the way. The money is still not flowing, and the opportunities are still stalled. So much so that you start wondering what invisible wall you keep bumping into.
So you dig. You reflect. And one day, something finally clicks.
I’ve seen this happen so often. Someone is ready to thrive, but deep down, abundance is tangled up with the quiet fear of what it might cost them.
It’s not that we don’t want to receive, it’s that some part of us fears we’ll outgrow something (or someone) we’re not ready to let go of. So we pause, stall, or firmly plant our feet and stay put. Not out of weakness, but out of love, loyalty, and yes, good old-fashioned stubbornness. (Not that I’d know anything about that, of course.)
Sometimes we don’t block abundance for ourselves. We block it because we’re afraid that if we move forward, someone we love might not come with us.
That’s not self-sabotage. That’s love. It’s the quiet fear that change might cost us more than we’re willing to pay.
Here’s what I have discovered:
- You are allowed to receive without losing.
- You are allowed to thrive without outgrowing the people you love.
- You are allowed to be okay and be supported.
Sometimes we just need help untangling the emotional roots behind our blocks.
Because abundance, love, and purpose are not separate. They’re meant to walk beside you.
Until Next Time!
Katharine
