Katharine Giovanni
Transformation Mentor & Forgiveness Educator
Author • Speaker • Intuitive
For more than two decades, Katharine has helped people release emotional weight, heal old wounds, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Her work blends forgiveness, intuition, and lived experience into a grounded, practical approach that helps people stop dragging the past into the present so they can finally move forward with clarity and peace.
Through private sessions, workshops, books, and speaking engagements, Katharine guides people through real emotional release not surface mindset work, but deep shifts that change how the body holds the past.
People come to Katharine when they’re ready to:
- Release guilt and shame that won’t let go
- Break emotional patterns that keep repeating
- Heal old wounds at the root level
- Reconnect with their intuition and inner clarity
Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply transformative — meeting people where they are while guiding them toward lasting change.
Definitely Not Your Typical Bio
The formal third-person bio is at the bottom of this page. The one below is just me, telling it like it is.
I was born intuitive… lights fully on from the beginning.
I didn’t discover this part of myself later in life.
If anything, I spent years learning how to turn the volume down, or at least pretend I could.
While building a very grounded, very practical career, I learned how to walk in two worlds at once.
I built businesses.
Wrote books.
Spoke on stages.
Consulted internationally.
And quietly… I listened to what most people couldn’t hear.
For a long time, I hid my intuition like it was contraband.
I ran companies.
Led an international concierge association.
Built programs.
Trained professionals.
All while keeping a polished, straight face… even when my inner voice was narrating the truth in real time.
I could be in a boardroom, nodding politely, while thinking:
“That’s not the real issue — and we both know it.”
But I didn’t say it out loud.
I didn’t let people see how I actually knew things.
I didn’t admit that my guidance came from a deeper place I had trusted since I was young.
Because I was afraid of being too much.
Too intuitive.
Too emotional.
Too… who I really am.
You can only spiritually duct tape your gifts for so long.
Eventually the whisper turns into a knock…
the knock turns into a bang…
and one day you have a choice:
Keep shrinking, or step out.
I didn’t tiptoe out of the intuitive closet.
I kicked the door off the hinges.
What most people don’t know is this:
My intuition isn’t a hobby or a party trick.
It’s how I’m wired.
I hear what people don’t say.
I see patterns they’ve carried for years.
I feel the emotional weight sitting in their body.
And I know where the real story began whether it started last week, in childhood, or lifetimes ago.
I don’t guess.
I hear it.
I see it.
I feel it.
It’s the language your nervous system speaks… and I was born fluent.
Clients often ask, “How do you know that?”
I don’t have a cute answer.
I’ve spent most of my life trying to dim it, hide it, outthink it, or explain it away.
That season is over.
My intuition isn’t mood lighting, it’s the wiring behind everything I do.
This isn’t woo-woo or wishful thinking.
It’s information.
It’s data.
It’s the part of you that’s been trying to speak up long before your mind caught on.
I use that gift to help people release the guilt, shame, and emotional patterns that logic alone can’t touch.
You don’t have to believe in intuition for mine to work.
You’ll feel it when the weight lifts.
I’m not here to impress you.
I’m here to free you.
Now my work is simple:
I help people put down the emotional weight they’ve been carrying. Gilt, shame, fear, grief, and old stories that keep replaying like broken records… including the ones that didn’t start in this lifetime.
I teach a forgiveness process that goes to the root, not the symptoms, and brings people back to themselves.
It’s not fluffy.
It’s not performative.
It’s not “just think positive.”
It’s real, cellular, breath-deepening freedom.
Forgiveness isn’t about forgetting.
It’s about finally exhaling.
And yes… I still have the black concierge suit.
No, I don’t wear it anymore.
But could I still walk into a five-star lobby like I run the place?
Absolutely.
Because I did.
More than once.
Now I walk into rooms where people are tired of dragging what they can’t name…
…and I show them how to finally put it down.
How I Work
My work goes far beyond talking about what happened.
Together, we look at how your body and nervous system are still holding the story, and how to finally release it at the root.
We follow the emotional thread gently and safely, allowing real resolution to happen… not just understanding the pain on an intellectual level.
This work isn’t about reliving trauma.
It’s about releasing its weight so it no longer runs your life.
Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like themselves again.
